Voytek Chelkowski

Originally a maritime navigator, Voytek Chelkowski is a Leadership and Executive Coach (ICF PCC) and a seasoned strategy and change management consultant. He is the Managing Partner of Seamind Blue Ocean and serves as an executive and leadership coach at IMD (International Institute for Management Development) in Lausanne, where he contributes to several flagship programs, including Orchestrating Winning Performance, Leadership Skills for Change, Innovation in Action, and custom programs on Leadership and Talent Development and Change Acceleration.

Before transitioning into leadership development and change management, Voytek spent 25 years in the maritime industry, managing freight portfolios for grain clients, advising on strategic vessel acquisitions, and structuring joint ventures across global markets. He founded several independent ventures, including Seamind Technologies, a Silicon Valley maritime tech startup, and Seamind Singapore, a shipbroking and consultancy firm he led for 17 years as Managing Director. After moving to Switzerland, he co-founded Seamind Blue Ocean, where he now serves as Managing Partner. He is also a sought-after speaker at international trade conferences across Asia, the Middle East, and Europe.

He holds an Executive Master’s in Consulting and Coaching for Change from INSEAD, an MSc in International Transport Management from the State University of New York, and an MSc in Ocean Navigation from the Maritime University of Szczecin. He is also a graduate of INSEAD’s Blue Ocean Strategy Program and IMD’s Executive Program in Leading Sustainable Business Transformation.
