TERMS AND CONDITIONS SERVICES:

  • Price includes access to the conference sessions. All fees are subject to VAT.
  • We may change the format, speakers, content, venue location, programme or any other aspect of the Event at any time and for any reason, in each case without liability.

PAYMENT:

  • A confirmation letter and invoice will be sent upon request. Only those delegates whose fees have been paid in full will be admitted to the event.
  • Your booking is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation from us. Please note that full payment must be received prior to the event. Only those delegates whose fees have been paid in full will be admitted to the live stream.
  • Payment of the price must be received in full and in cleared funds

CANCELLATION

  • No refund will be paid for the online event.

PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION:

  • The personal information which you provide to us will be held by us on a database. You agree that we may share this information with other companies for direct marketing purposes.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, if we are liable to you for any reason, our total liability to you in relation to the Event (whether under these conditions of booking or otherwise) is limited to such amount of the price payable by you as has been received by us.
